PRESIDENT
Burak Gatenyo is a seasoned construction professional with over 37 years of diverse experience in the industry. He holds a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering and brings additional expertise in Construction Management, Architecture, and Interior Design. Burak is also licensed as a General Contractor (Class B) and a real estate sales professional, making him uniquely qualified across multiple facets of the built environment.
Throughout his distinguished career, Burak has successfully led multimillion-dollar private and public construction projects from inception to completion. His background includes extensive experience in structural design, project feasibility, budgeting, permitting, construction scheduling, and on-site management. Known for his action-oriented and detail-focused approach, he has consistently delivered complex projects on time and within budget, earning a reputation as a trusted owner’s representative and project manager.
Burak’s portfolio spans a wide range of construction types, including high-rise office towers, bridges, water infrastructure, textile and chemical plants, tilt-up buildings, and prefabricated housing. He has played a key role in both the design and construction phases of projects for individual clients and government entities alike.
As a business owner, Burak has also developed strong managerial and strategic marketing skills, consistently achieving revenue growth in competitive environments.
